Senate Panel Hears Strickling, Chopra

The Senate Commerce Committee on Tuesday heard from two of President Obama's key tech-related nominees: Larry Strickling, who would head the National Telecommunications and Information Administration, and Aneesh Chopra, who would serve as the nation's first chief technology officer. If confirmed, Strickling said NTIA would perform its duties with "clarity, commonsense and creativity."
