            <title>Senate Committee Tackles Cyber Threats</title>
            <description><![CDATA[<p>The <a href="http://hsgac.senate.gov/public/">Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee</a> will wade into the congressional cybersecurity debate on Tuesday with a pair of hearings -- one in the full committee that will focus on developing a national strategy to fight high-tech threats and another in the Federal Financial Management Subcommittee that will cover the <strong>Obama </strong>administration's tech priorities and how agencies can use technology to become more efficient and secure.</p>

<strong>James Lewis</strong>, Center for Strategic and International Studies <br />
<strong>Alan Paller</strong>, research director for the SANS Institute <br />

<strong>Vivek Kundra</strong>, OMB e-government and IT administrator <strong><br />
David Powner</strong>, director of IT management issues at GAO<br />
<strong>Karen Evans</strong>, former OMB e-government administrator <br />
<strong>Philip Bond</strong>, president of the Technology Association of America</p>
