<p>Not-so-suddenly social networking site <a href="http://www.facebook.com">Facebook</a> has inserted itself into Washington politics and policy and has become a favorite reference point among members of Congress, high-tech experts and even the <strong>Obama</strong> administration. That's how I justify posting this video by YouTuber <strong>Julian Smith</strong>.
