Information is the coin of the realm in the nation's capital, and a nonpartisan group is offering a new Web site, LittleSis, that discloses the connections among people in the world of Washington politics, policy, and advocacy, writes Eliza Krigman in this week's National Journal magazine. Juliana Gruenwald has been covering tech and telecom issues for more than a decade for National Journal, Interactive Week, BNA and Congressional Quarterly.
