            <description><![CDATA[<p>Web-savvy citizens are making some interesting inquiries through the Google-powered "Open for Questions" feature on President-elect <strong>Barack Obama</strong>'s transition site <a href="http://www.change.gov">Change.gov</a>. In the <a href="http://change.gov/page/content/openforquestions_20081217_private_url">Science & Technology</a> category, there have been 21,416 votes on 509 questions from 2,245 people.</p>
