CEA Celebrates Inauguration Day

dome_1.jpgThe Consumer Electronics Association is getting in on the Inauguration Day action by hosting an invitation-only daytime party on Jan. 20 in honor of President-elect Barack Obama's swearing in. The high-tech trade group, which will have finished hosting its massive annual expo in Las Vegas earlier in the month, has rented out the 701 Pennsylvania Avenue Restaurant & Bar for a few hours in the afternoon -- not a bad spot to see and be seen on the historic day. LG Electronics will supply (presumably large) televisions for those who wish to watch the festivities inside, rather than braving what could be cold, winter weather outside.
