Dispatch From Denver: Google Makes Its Mark


Google "voting booths" offering a new tool that lets voters search for polling places by typing in an address. Functionality is only available for seven states so far but officials say the company is trying to acquire data for the rest.

The Google Retreat lets attendees "recharge their batteries" literally and figuratively. Recharging stations are available for all types of high-tech devices as well as a YouTube upload booth where people can upload videos -- plus free smoothies and massages.
