Crowd Gathers For U.S. Competitiveness Summit

Three years after the National Academies' landmark report on U.S. competitiveness -- titled "Rising Above The Gathering Storm" -- was released, leaders from government, business and the education community convened Tuesday to debate how much progress has been made since in bolstering math and science education and strengthening the nation's research enterprise.
