<p>Over at <a href="http://prezvid.com/2007/08/23/candidates-and-copyright/">PrezVid</a>, <strong>James Kotecki</strong> points out that most of the 2008 presidential campaigns may be violating copyright laws when they post clips of their interviews from cable and network TV news shows on <a href="http://www.YouTube.com">YouTube</a>. He says he hopes that drawing attention to this fair use question will force politicians to reexamine the country's dated intellectual property statutes.</p>]]></description>
