            <description><![CDATA[<p>The latest installment of C-SPAN's "<a href="http://www.c-span.org/homepage.asp?Cat=Series&Code=COM&ShowVidNum=10&Rot_Cat_CD=COM&Rot_HT=206&Rot_WD=&ShowVidDays=365&ShowVidDesc=&ArchiveDays=365">The Communicators</a>" series features Rep. <strong>Bob Goodlatte</strong> of Virginia. The show premieres on Saturday at 6:30 p.m. ET on C-SPAN with an encore presentation on Monday at 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. ET on C-SPAN2. Goodlatte, a leader on Internet and other technology related topics, is co-chair of the <a href="http://www.netcaucus.org/">Congressional Internet Caucus</a>, and chairman of the House Republican High-Tech Working Group.</p>
