            <description><![CDATA[<p>An intellectual property panel on user-generated content started off with a chuckle-inducing video called <em>Brokeback to the Future</em>, a made-up movie preview that featured clips from <em>Brokeback Mountain</em> and <em>Back to the Future</em>.</p>

<p>The session featured <strong>Jim DeLong</strong> of the Progress & Freedom Foundation, <strong>Pam Samuelson</strong> of the Berkeley Center for Law & Technology and <strong>Steven Starr</strong> from Revver.com.</p>
